    With the relief of non capital functions, a large number of general manufacturing and polluting enterprises withdraw, and the industrial structure is gradually low-carbon, which constitutes a good foundation for carbon reduction. According to statistics, during the "13th five year plan" period, Beijing focused on "high-tech", the city withdrew 2154 general manufacturing enterprises, and the high-tech industry accounted for 24.4%. The formation of a new generation of dual engines of information technology and medical and health industry accelerated, and intelligent manufacturing injected new impetus into Beijing's industrial transformation.

    Transportation is the main area of carbon emission reduction in Beijing. By 2020, the proportion of green travel in the central urban area of Beijing will reach 73.1%. At present, the proportion of new energy and clean energy vehicles of Beijing public transport group exceeds 80% of the total scale of buses. Beijing's "energy-saving subway" has formed an energy-saving capacity of 44 million kwh per year.

    In addition, the adjustment of vehicle structure and improvement of freight structure, energy-saving transformation of existing buildings, development of ultra-low energy consumption buildings and other means have effectively ensured the green and low-carbon operation of the city.

In addition, the Beijing government affairs cloud platform will move the IT business system and data information system of government departments to the "cloud", realize the optimization and reorganization of government organizations and workflow through cloud computing and big data, and realize intensive management.

    Breadth: promote in one, and form a new low-carbon fashion for the whole people

    Carbon emission reduction requires long-term emission reduction, efficiency improvement and quality improvement. Only by strengthening regional low-carbon industry cooperation can we effectively promote the first breakthrough in the field of ecological environmental protection.

    Among them, the development of hydrogen energy industry is an important support to promote the transformation of energy structure in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and to promote Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei to take the lead in achieving the goal of carbon peak all over the country. This year, Beijing Municipal Bureau of economy and information technology issued the implementation plan for the development of hydrogen energy industry in Beijing (2021-2025). According to statistics, at present, the whole industrial chain of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei with Beijing as the core is basically connected, and is in a leading position in the country. By 2023, the industrial chain in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei will exceed 50 billion yuan.

    Beijing has held the brand activity of "Beijing international metropolis clean air and Climate Action Forum" for many years, actively participated in major international activities such as C40 global mayors summit, and established long-term and stable cooperative relations with multiple institutions through bilateral cooperation framework and sister city channels, so as to absorb international advanced experience on multiple platforms, Widely publicize the phased achievements of Beijing's green and low-carbon development.

    In recent years, Beijing has issued the national action plan for energy conservation and emission reduction, created brand activities such as energy conservation publicity week and low-carbon day, comprehensively publicized the concept of energy conservation, and a total of 750 million people have participated in the ecological and environmental protection theme practice activities such as the seventh Beijing ecological environment culture week through online and offline, and the low-carbon awareness has gradually penetrated into the hearts of the people.

    According to the survey results of public environmental awareness in Beijing, green travel accounted for 99.4% in 2020. At the same time, "social responsibility" has become the main factor affecting public participation in environmental protection activities, an increase of 20 percentage points compared with 2018, and the public's willingness to live a green life has increased significantly.
